1. From the "Action Menu", select "Advanced Features" and the select "Users"
2. Click on "Add user", and enter the information about the new user:
3. Select the "Group" for the user. Web Builder Express comes with two standard groups: "Users", who have basic editing capabilities, and "Admins", who have access to all features. You can define additional groups by selecting "User Groups" from the "Users" page.
4. After you enter all information about the user, click "OK" and Web Builder Express will send an e-mail to the new user with his or her password.
