A picture can be worth a thousand words.
If you encounter difficulty when using Web Builder Express, it can be very helpful if you send an image, or a "picture", of what you are seeing on your screen to Web Builder Express Support. The picture can help the support personnel at Web Builder Express see what you are seeing, and speed up the resolution process.
To send a picture:
1. On the screen you want to send (the one with the error message, the strange formatting, etc.) press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. This may be labeled as "PrtScn".
2. Open up Microsoft Word.
3. From the Microsoft Word menu, select Edit, and then select Paste. You will see a picture of the screen you captured appear inside the Microsoft Word document.
4. Save the Microsoft Word document on your PC. You may want to save it onto your Desktop, so it is easy to find.
5. Address an e-mail to support@WebBuilderExpress.com, and attach the Word document you saved in Step 4. Explain in as much detail as possible the issue, how you found it, what data you entered, etc. Send the e-mail.
