Web Builder Express provides customers with easy access to help pages that contain answer to commonly asked questions. Web Builder Express encourages you to use this resource first as an easy way to find answers to their questions.
If after reviewing the documentation on the support site, you cannot find an answer to your question, feel free to contact our support staff by selected "Support" from the Action Menu. You may designate two people in your organization who can contact Web Builder Express for support issues. All other people in your organization should funnel their questions through the two people your organization designates as the primary and secondary support contacts. Anyone with "Admin" account privileges can designate the primary and secondary support contacts, who are eligible to contact Web Builder Express support, on the "Summary > My Account > Manage Primary / Secondary Support" page.
We work very hard to respond quickly to your questions, but please note that response times vary based on volume.
Web Builder Express can usually resolve problems via e-mail. However, if we cannot resolve your issue via e-mail, we may arrange for a telephone conversation at our discretion.
To keep costs low, we do not offer free telephone support. However, if you would like telephone support, you may purchase it at an additional cost.
